InteVision Foot Cushion with High Quality, Non-Slip Nylon CoverI've had a foot cushion of this design for two and a half years (the safco brand), and it's the best footrest design I've found yet. Typical wood and plastic wedge/rocker/platform footrests are terrible - they make noise, aren't comfortable, require adjustment, and move around too much or break. The cushion half-cylinder design is simple, durable, silent, and stays put. You just kick it to where you want it and plop your feet down. The soft cushion design means your feet are comfortable with shoes on or off, and your feet really stay where you put 'em! You can use this with the round side up or down. Some like the rocking style, but I use it with the round side up, as I don't like having to keep the rocker balanced all day. With the round side up, you can move your feet around to get different heights and angles - you can put your heels over the hump for a slight pull, rest 'em on top (your feet sink in a bit, so it flattens nicely), or rest your soles on the front edge of the curve for a bit of a push, etc.
